Senior Strategic Account Manager/ Strategic Account Manager

Are you an experienced, results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development and account management within the IT/System Integration sector? We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our strategic client accounts, fostering lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience with global accounts is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and propose customized solutions that address client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to track and communicate account performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management/business development within the IT/System Integration industry.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience managing and developing relationships with global accounts is a distinct advantage.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as Network as a Service (NaaS), Multi-Cloud as a Service (MCaaS), Automation & Integration as a Service (AIOps), and Security & Blockchain as a Service (SECaaS), is preferred.
