The Associate Business Analyst supports the business analysis function by assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process analysis activities across internal and client-facing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Assist and conduct requirement elicitation sessions with internal teams and external clients using most suitable business analysis techniques.
Support and take the ownership of preparation business analysis artifacts that meet the industrial standards and expected quality of the NCINGA.
Ability to use appropriate requirements specifying and modelling techniques and manage the requirement life cycle.
Assist to presale engagements and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Dev, QA, PM) and lead requirement grooming sessions.
Assist and lead User Acceptance sessions.
Support documentation of change requests, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
Assist with post-implementation documentation and lessons learned reviews.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
1 –1.5 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination, or similar role within an IT or technology environment.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured documentation skills.
Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio and an understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile or Waterfall) will be advantageous.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Timely submission of assigned documentation and business analysis deliverables.
Quality of support provided during requirement grooming and testing phases.
Contribution to reducing requirement-related defects during development and UAT.
