Key Responsibilities:
Create basic social media posts (primarily LinkedIn), banners, using Canva/Figma, Having skills in Adobe and other tools is an added advantage.
Develop and format presentation decks and marketing documents for internal and external use with clean layouts using Google Workspace and MS Office.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials by following visual and communication guidelines.
Support in developing promotional materials such as flyers, invitations, digital creatives and campaign visuals in collaboration with designers and marketing leads.
Assist in basic photo, visual video editing or simple animations.
Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media and website channels.
Assist in coordinating marketing activities such as webinars, events, PR initiatives and email campaigns.
Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and documentation.
Staying on top of tech industry trends, competitor activity and social listening insights.
Work closely with the marketing team and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a marketing support, design or digital coordination role (internship experience may be considered).
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field would be an added advantage.
Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma or similar design tools. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or MS Office for presentations and documentation.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing execution (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Email platforms, Websites, Analytics etc).
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Good social listening skills and up-to-date with the latest trends.
KPIs:
Campaign Execution Support - Ensure 90%+ on-time delivery of assigned campaign assets (visuals, decks, email creatives, event materials).
Content Output Consistency maintained across produced materials; strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines (above 95%).
Accuracy and quality of presentations and documents prepared.
Social media and marketing campaign execution support.
Asset organisation and documentation upkeep ensuring retrieval time for materials remains under 5 minutes.
Responsiveness to internal stakeholder requirements.
