The Senior Presales Engineer for Azure Migrations supports customers in planning and executing their transition to Microsoft Azure. Acting as a technical advisor in collaboration with our Partner delivery team, the role ensures smooth onboarding, usage monitoring, and successful migration project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in defining cloud migration goals aligned with Azure capabilities.
Support execution of migration success plans (requirements, timelines, KPIs).
Provide onboarding assistance, architecture reviews, deployment guidance, and troubleshooting.
Track Azure service adoption and flag optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Partner delivery teams, Azure sales, and support teams to ensure end-to-end success.
Provide training to customers on Azure features and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in cloud engineering, IT infrastructure, or support roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and core cloud concepts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with customers and Partner teams.
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate), AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert), AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate), and AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) are an added advantage.
Prior experience in cloud migration projects or hybrid infrastructure.
