The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering complex software and technology initiatives, combining traditional project management frameworks with agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate resource allocation and ensure optimal team productivity.

Qualifications:
Over 10 years of project management experience in the technology or software development sector.
