The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving enterprise sales growth in Sri Lanka by managing strategic accounts, acquiring new clients, and closing high-value IT transformation deals. This role requires strong client relationship management skills, expertise in solution and consultative selling, and close collaboration with global technology partners. The Senior Sales Account Manager will play a key role in positioning NCINGA as a trusted digital transformation partner across sectors such as banking, telecom, healthcare, and government.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned strategic enterprise and government accounts by building long-term relationships with CxOs and IT decision-makers.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across priority industry verticals.
Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales targets through consultative engagement and solution selling.
Present and position NCINGA’s offerings in cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services to align with client requirements.
Lead RFP responses, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations in collaboration with presales, delivery, and legal teams.
Work with OEM partners (Cisco, Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) to drive joint sales and co-selling initiatives.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and ensure 3× pipeline coverage against quarterly revenue targets.
Mentor and support junior sales team members, while collaborating with inside sales and marketing to strengthen demand generation.
Contribute actively to account planning, team strategies, and cross-functional business initiatives.
Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT solutions and services.
Strong expertise in account management, consultative solution selling, and proposal management is essential.
The ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with C-level executives while working collaboratively with global technology partners.
A results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong business acumen.
Prior experience in sectors such as banking, telecom, healthcare, or government will be a strong advantage.
KPIs:
Annual and quarterly sales quota attainment.
Pipeline coverage of at least 5× quarterly revenue target.
Year-on-year account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Client engagement with a minimum of 8–10 CxO/decision-maker meetings per month.
Accuracy and timeliness of CRM opportunity data and forecasts.
Active participation in partner-led events, campaigns, and ecosystem pipeline building.
Contribution to team-level strategies and account development initiatives.
