NCINGA is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive enterprise sales growth for Sri Lanka. This role involves managing strategic accounts, winning new customers, and closing high-value IT transformation deals in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management – Own and grow strategic enterprise and government accounts.
New Business Acquisition – Identify and secure new clients in banking, telecom, healthcare, and public sector.
Solution Selling – Present and position NCINGA’s cloud, cybersecurity, and system integration portfolio.
RFP & Proposal Leadership – Lead proposal creation, coordinate with pre-sales, and negotiate contracts.
Partner Collaboration – Work with Cisco, Google, AWS, and other OEM partners for joint sales.
Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and 3× pipeline coverage.
Qualifications:
7–10+ years of enterprise IT or system integration sales experience.
Proven success in solution selling across cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Established CxO and IT decision-maker network in Sri Lanka.
Experience with complex RFPs and multi-year deals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Engineering (MBA preferred).
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with global OEMs (Cisco, Google, AWS, Microsoft).
Familiarity with large private & public sector procurement and digital transformation projects.
Ability to mentor junior sales team members and support inside sales initiatives.
