This is an individual contributor role focused on building our market presence and customer base in the Middle East. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a new sales pipeline from scratch, forming strategic partnerships with other Systems Integrators (SIs), and working closely with the marketing team to support brand awareness and go-to-market (GTM) efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong network, deep regional experience, and the ability to generate both quick wins and long-term strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strategic partner relationships to provide professional services.
Create a healthy pipeline which consists of short-term quarter wins and long-term strategic deals.
Vendor management provide market feedback loop for pre sales teams to create/ finetune accelerate sales closures.
Contributor to marketing team to create campaigns and lead generation with weekly client visit plans.
Plan and work with the global team to work on creating event participation to create brand building for NCINGA.
Follow up on events in the region and work with pre sales and tech teams to increase the NCINGA brand name.
Execute territory and vertical expansion plans aligned with GTM strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and presales to drive pipeline quality and conversion.
Track win/ loss data and continuously optimize sales performance.
KPIs:
Revenue contribution from net-new accounts.
Sales conversion ratio and cycle time of building the pipeline.
Projection completion and payment collection.
Qualifications:
5+ years in enterprise sales, with 3+ years in software solution selling, cyber security or AI based solution selling or equivalent roles.
Strong background in B2B sales, account planning, and value-based selling.
Fluency in either Arabic or Hindi would be an added advantage.
Candidates who currently lives in Dubai are preferred.
