NCINGA is seeking an energetic Sales Account Manager to support and grow our Sri Lanka customer base. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager manage enterprise solution selling, key accounts, and contribute to new business development. The Account Manager will work closely with senior sales leaders to build relationships, drive client satisfaction, and support NCINGA’s portfolio of cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and mid-level decision-makers.
- Support senior account managers in handling customer queries, escalations, and renewals.
New Business Assistance:
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and sectors.
- Support outreach campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, events) to create initial touchpoints.
- Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate CRM updates for opportunities, contacts, and pipeline data.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and meeting notes.
- Help coordinate demos, site visits, and customer presentations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with inside sales, marketing and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals.
- Assist in partner/OEM-led events and campaigns (Cisco, Google, AWS, etc.).
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or business development.
Good understanding of IT concepts (cloud, networking, cybersecurity).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Marketing.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to enterprise sales with proven track record.
Target driven Sales experience.
Comfort with LinkedIn outreach and digital prospecting.
Eagerness to learn solution selling and handle progressively larger accounts.
