The AMC Contract Lead is responsible for managing and expanding NCINGA’s Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) portfolio across Sri Lanka and 13 global regional offices. This role ensures seamless delivery of contractual services, timely preventive maintenance, renewal retention, and effective customer engagement. The AMC Contract Lead will also support new AMC sales and drive up-selling and cross-selling strategies to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role is pivotal in strengthening NCINGA’s long-term relationships with key customers in the IT systems integration space.
Key Resposibilities:
Manage and track all existing AMC contracts ensuring service levels and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with engineering teams and customers to plan and complete preventive maintenance activities on time.
Ensure timely renewal discussions and quote submissions for all expiring contracts.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and revenue retention across the AMC portfolio.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling new services to existing AMC clients.
Support the sales team in acquiring new AMC contracts and respond to RFPs where applicable.
Prepare regular reports on contract performance, revenue forecasts, and renewal pipeline.
Work closely with regional teams to standardize AMC service delivery processes across global offices.
Ensure customer SLAs, documentation, and compliance requirements are up to date and maintained.
Track SLA adherence and ensure all customer tickets are logged, updated, and closed on time using the ticket management portal.
Continuously enhance AMC value propositions by gathering customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT systems integrator company managing AMC or service contracts.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and service-level delivery.
Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling and contract performance tracking.
Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and service management platforms is an added advantage.
Result-oriented mindset with experience handling multi-region accounts or offices.

AMC contract renewal rate and customer retention.
Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through up-selling/cross-selling.
On-time preventive maintenance completion across all contracts.
Accuracy and timeliness of AMC quotation submissions.
