The Bid Manager oversees and manages the full bid lifecycle for small-to-mid scale opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, operations, and communications, to deliver bids that align with NCINGA’s growth strategy while driving process improvements and ensuring timely submissions.
Key Resposibilities:
Lead and manage the bid process from opportunity qualification to final submission.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, technical, operations, legal, and communications) to develop accurate and persuasive responses.
Draft, format, and refine proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of open tenders, deadlines, and submission schedules.
Develop and manage a structured bid content library for efficiency and scalability.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance bid quality and turnaround time.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or related fields.
Strong communication, writing, and project management skills with a reliable and detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with an understanding of template-driven proposal creation.
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, or proposal management platforms is an advantage.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and suggest process improvements confidently.
