We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensure high customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities. This role requires a strong customer-facing attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous engagement through structured reviews and reporting.
Key Responsibilites:
AMC & Contract Management:
Maintain a central registry of all AMC contracts, renewal dates, and SLA terms.
Coordinate with delivery and finance teams to ensure timely renewals and invoicing.
Monitor contract compliance and initiate necessary updates or escalations.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Management:
Organize and conduct quarterly CSAT review presentations with clients.
Collect and analyze customer feedback; coordinate internal improvements based on results.
Present insights to internal stakeholders and recommend action items.
Customer Engagement & Upsell Support:
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand AMC scope based on customer interaction and feedback.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to pitch enhancements or add-ons.
Maintain an active communication cadence with key clients to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or contract administration.
Prior experience in AMC or post-sales operations is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and contracts.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel.
Self-motivated and organized with a problem-solving attitude.
