Support & AMC Contract Lead

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensure high customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities. This role requires a strong customer-facing attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous engagement through structured reviews and reporting.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Maintain a central registry of all AMC contracts, renewal dates, and SLA terms.

  • Coordinate with delivery and finance teams to ensure timely renewals and invoicing.

  • Monitor contract compliance and initiate necessary updates or escalations.
  • Organize and conduct quarterly CSAT review presentations with clients.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback; coordinate internal improvements based on results.

  • Present insights to internal stakeholders and recommend action items.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand AMC scope based on customer interaction and feedback.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to pitch enhancements or add-ons.

  • Maintain an active communication cadence with key clients to build long-term relationships.
