We are seeking an accomplished Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key accounts, ensuring their success, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will act as our clients' primary point of contact, building strong relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to track account performance.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless account strategy execution.
Continuously develop a deep understanding of the industry to effectively position our products and services.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management in the IT Systems Integration industry.
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of Network as a Service (NaaS), Multi-Cloud as a Service (MCaaS), Automation & Integration as a Service (AIOps), and Security & Blockchain as a Service (SECaaS) technologies.
